I gathered my supplies and placed down a simple work space (Ekm. Scrap paper. Ekm)
I painted the toilet paper roll a lovely shade of... black...
When I finished painting I was relieved I made the smart decision of laying down paper. It was quite the mess and required many hand washes.
I drew an oval for the penguins belly and then realized I moronically put it in the middle of the page.
Turns out I wasted A LOT of paper.
For the wings, I was too lazy to cut out two, so I decided to do the age old trick of folding the page and then cutting!
Here are the tiny little wings and tummy!
I glued on the tummy to the penguin and yes, it was a little bit too big!
I folded up the end of the wings and glued that.
I cut out a small orange triangle for the beak and glued that on just above the tummy!
I snipped off two small circles for the peepers and drew on some pupils (which left permanent marker residue on my table >:(.
I glued on the eyeballs... BAM! It was done!
So, how does it look?
I think I failed.... It looked a billion times worse then the "kindergartner" who did it.
